Best Ever Brownie Bars

Well, still rainy and cold here.  We did have a day earlier this week that hinted of Spring....so I hope and I bake!  Not only are these "The Best Ever Brownie Bars", they are super easy.  My people have eaten them so fast I have not been able to photograph them.  This picture was take with the last bar in the pan.

Best Ever Brownie Bars

Ingredients:

1 package refrigerator peanut butter cookie dough
1 box of brownie mix prepared as directed (I use Mariano's store brand)
6oz chocolate/peanut butter chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Press peanut butter cookie dough evenly over bottom of 9x13 pan.  Prepare brownie mix according to package and spread over cookie dough.  Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.  Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate/peanut butter chips on top of brownies.  Cool completely, cut, enjoy!

These are so delicious and easy, they also cut and serve well.  Like I said, I have had to make a few batches just to get a picture.  You can click HERE for a printable version of the recipe.

Popping in from Kleinworth & Co's Your Best Weekly.

These look absolutely delicious! It is no wonder you don't have any left to photograph! My kids would inhale them as well. :)

Oh, that looks so yummy! I'm glad there was one lonely little bar left for you to photograph. Did you gobble it down when you were done? ;)

Holy moly! Those do look delicious!

They wouldn't last long in my house either. In fact, I might have to make two pans ;)
