Remodel...step 3,4, and 5

Well, here it is, finally an update on the house. (You can see my original post HERE to see how far we have come). We are still living at my parents and are hoping (fingers crossed) to be in the house before school starts. I have included pictures from of each room to show progress, we still have a lot to do.....

Family room/living room

We enlarged the family room and made the living room smaller. In all of the houses we have owned we never really used the living room, so in this house we are turning it into an office. We did run into a snag with the number of heat ducts running through the living room wall, however, it actually turned out okay...we are making that area into an entertainment center.

Well, there is a little update. I have forgot to bring my camera the last week or so. The hardwood floors are installed and are being finished this weekend. The painters come on Wednesday and then all the detail work can be completed. More to come....

Oh my goodness- it's like a whole new home. It's going to be amazing. I bet you all are so anxious to get in there & really enjoy it all!!! Can't wait to see it all done.

Wow! That looks like quite the project. I didn't realize that you were doing so much. I can't wait to see how it all comes together. I just love the construction process. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
