June and the yellow necklace...

I am not a jewelry kinda gal, however, my Mom is. Since we are living with her the jewelry possibilities are endless. I fell in love with these yellow beads and 'cause Junie was feeling sweet she agreed to a little photo shoot and some one on one time with Mom. The necklace reminded me of "Curious George", one of Junie's favorite units from preschool:)

The house is coming along and we are all looking forward to being in our new home.

The boys are having the hardest time...being far from friends. I have been taking them to visit their friends and have brought the girls along for the long ride just a few times.

Bringing the girls along might have been a bad idea. Kendall decided to break my heart just a little. As we drove through our old subdivision she cried she wanted to go home....gulp!!!

I am looking forward to getting settled in the house, but am enjoying the time at my parents. Next week we will spend some time at the lake....just what we need!

We are looking forward to some relaxation and "more" family time at the lake. I know the boys are looking forward to boating and fishing. I am sure Kendall will keep us on our toes, but I know she is going to have a blast (thankfully she loves her life preserver).

Hope your Summer is off to a good start. Our Summer has been full of high temps and no rain.

Thankfully there was a bit of a breeze when Junie and I spent the afternoon together....thankfully!
