For those of you who have been following along with our Birthday extravaganza for June, you know about this cake.  June wanted a "Rainbow Cake" and a "Rainbow Birthday" and that is just what she got.

I actually enjoyed making this cake and would do it again.  It was not difficult, but is was a little time consuming.  It probably took me 2-3 hours to complete the whole cake.  However, it was worth it just for the frosting.  If you are a buttercream fan then you will LOVE this cake.

Instead of adding the whole recipe here, you can find it on my recipe page.

Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Have a great weekend!

I did not flavor the cake mix. If I did it again I would flavor the cake and the frosting just a touch!
