So here they are...Apple Cider Doughnuts, one of our very favorite fall snacks. Can you smell them, warm and sweet with a cold, tall glass of milk? They don't last long at our house. Hope you enjoy!

These goodies are from a local farm that we try to visit often throughout the year. The girls and I stopped by to pick up some doughnuts for an after school treat. June was a good sport waiting patiently to eat while I took pictures. Of course the boys were excited when they came home from school....glad they were not home during the shoot, you would be looking at crumbs! Although I did not make these tasty treats I did find a great recipe for you from Food Network. YUM!

Never heard of apple cider donuts - wish I had though - they look lovely. You certainly make the look delicious at any rate. Laughed about your girls patiently waiting while you took the photos and your prediction that the boys wouldn't have!

Ohhhhh!!! These bring back great memories of growing up in Maine and picking apples at our next door neighbors' orchard! My aunt would come and make homemade chocolate and apple doughnuts! YUM!!! I am virtually brushing the sugar off my chin!

Mmm they look and sound delish. I have heard great things about apple cider doughnuts! Don't think I've tried one yet though.

i have never heard of apple cider donuts!! I need to get some! a similar fall treat we love is just little round powdered donuts and cider, but an apple cider donut just sounds amazing. each and every one of your photos is just gorgeous.
