Corn Salsa

{Corn Salsa}



2 cans Mexicorn (Green Giant)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 cup chopped jalapeno (jar)
8oz mayo
8oz sour cream
4oz diced pimento (jar)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon accent powder
(I do not add the garlic or accent)

Mix all ingredients, chill, serve with your favorite tortilla chips!

This is a favorite around my house, year round, and it is always a winner at parties. Enjoy.

I add BOTH the garlic and the Accent! (a little MSG can't hurt, right)

And a can of black beans :)
