This girl has spunk. I have to say she just amazes me each and every day. I am a planner and I did not plan on her. God, however, did. I know he has amazing things planned for this child that he has allowed me to parent. She is passionate, loving, determined, and, smart. She has an agenda and do not get in her way. One thing I have learned being a mom is....pick your battles. This particular afternoon my girl wanted to wear her favorite boots and swimsuit to the bus to greet Ms. June. Who was I to argue? A warm Summer rain had graced us with a few puddles and Kendall had a plan. A plan to jump, jump, jump!
I hope you enjoy your holiday weekend. It is a work weekend for me and on Monday we are planning to spend the day on the computer working on college applications with the big guy! I am working on preschool and college here.....who'd of thunk?
