Treats for my sweets

Happy Valentine's Day!  Each year I try to get the kiddos a little something for Valentine's Day.  This year I decided to make little goody bags.  I found these micro heart sprinkles and I knew what I wanted to do.....white chocolate covered Oreo cookies with sprinkles!

It actually was a quick treat to put together.  After I dipped the Oreo cookies and cooled them I put them in cellophane bags with Hershey Kisses and tied them off with some twine and ribbon.  Tomorrow my people will wake up to special treats on the kitchen table.

What you need:

Oreo cookies

white chocolate candy coating

sprinkles

cellophane bags

candy

ribbon

tag

My two tips are: do not get too much chocolate coating on the top of the Oreo and keep the chocolate warm so the top does not cool too quick.  The one thing I wish I had was a 2 prong chocolate dipping fork (next time), however, a regular fork did the job!   Have fun, the girls enjoyed this one.  June enjoyed giving me tips while I was dipping the cookies and Kendall enjoyed eating the Hershey Kisses while I put the bags together.
